• In order to participate, you must be 18+ years old
• All genres and styles are allowed
• Only 35mm, 36 exposure films are allowed
• Only by signing and submitting the participation form you will guarantee that you are the author of the photographs
• Each participant is personally responsible for the photographs they submit and for what they declare on the participation form
• There are no limits to submissions
• Each form is valid for ONE film
• Each participant must clarify possible specific instructions for the film development (i.e.: alteration of film sensitivity);
  
  

SELECTION
ANALOGICA will select a total of 3 authors
The films that belong to the selected participants will be printed on the catalogue / book and the photographs will be printed for the 36EXP exhibition.
The best project from the 3 reels selected will receive the LAB-BOX - The first multi-format daylight-loading film tank-.
The remaining two projects will each receive and award of 10 roll films.
The film prints will be included in the ANALOGICA / 36EXP archive.

COPYRIGHT
Photos ownership belongs to the participants. Each participant certifies his/her own work.
The winning photos will be made available to the press for publicity reasons.
The event organizers will always give proper credit to the participants when using their photos. The winning photos will be used for the 36EXP catalogue / book and for the 36EXP exhibition. The exhibition may be travelling to different venues.
Photos ownership belongs solely to the participants. The photos will not be used for any commercial purposes, except for the promotion and diffusion of the 36EXP competition, exhibition (via website and social networks linked to ANALOGICA and 36EXP).

DISSEMINATION OF WORKS
The author authorizes the publication and diffusion of his/her own photos, even in different sizes, solely for event, cultural, educational, and not-for-profit purposes.
A digital copy of the negatives will be stored in the archives of ANALOGICA.
The original negatives will be mailed back to the address indicated by the participant on the participation form.

CHARGES
A fee is required to take part in 36EXP. This includes the return-shipping fees of negative.
Only PAYPAL accepted. The Paypal reference number of your donation will be required in the entry form.
Without PayPal reference number your submission won't be accepted.
After your payment you will be directed to the submit page.
